Monthly Luncheons – General Information

Northwest Neighbors meets at 11:30 am on the second Wednesday of each month at Balcones Country Club for luncheon and a program.  In the past we have had TV and news personalities, motivational speakers, entertainers, authors, and community spokespersons as our speakers.

 

 

Luncheon reservations or cancellations must be made by 3 pm on the Wednesday that is 7 days preceding the luncheon to either attend or to not be charged for the cancellation of an existing reservation. The luncheon cost of $30 is paid at the door and must be paid preferably by check made out to “Northwest Neighbors” OR exact cash (change will not be available).

 

Our luncheon format is as follows (all times approximate):

 

11:15 – 11:50 – Check -in and Social Time
11:50 – 12:00 –  Announcements
12:00 – 1:30 –   Business Meeting, Lunch, and Program

 

Reservation Deadline for Luncheons:

3 pm the Wednesday 7 days before the Luncheon

Reservations & Permanent List cancellations must be made by this date!

        
Note: For dietary reasons, a veggie plate may be ordered, but the order must be placed with a member of the Luncheon Committee no later than the Saturday before the Luncheon.
